End of Summer Update


For Super/Human Identity, these past couple of months have been the best in years. For the most part, we have been able to keep a high pace and have made good progress across most areas of the game - writing, sprites, background art, QTE sequences. As always, some things have taken longer than expected, but we are getting through it.

Our aim right now is to have a version of the full game with all assets at some stage of completion in about a month. This does not mean that the game will be done at that point, as a number of assets still need several more passes before they are anywhere near game ready. Additionally, we will have to do at least a couple more polishing passes on the writing to make sure that everything is consistent in tone, quality, and variability. In short, an “asset complete” version is just the beginning of the polishing process.

Still, having a mostly complete game will be a huge milestone and at that point we will hopefully be able to start nailing down a more precise release window.

To be clear, this is what we are aiming for and not necessarily what will actually happen. We hope it will, and think there is a good chance it will, but as always things may take longer than anticipated and life always has a tendency to get in the way.

This really is a special game, it makes feel grateful that talented people could creat things so excptional

Glad to see the game's coming along well. What I did get to play in the demo quite a while back looked very good. pretty accessible for the blind too so look forward to when things get done. Good luck :)

Thank you for the update. I really can't wait for the game to be released. I am following it ever since the demo was released, and it was so good already, I had high hopes in its completion.
