Please help us make this game! (74% on Kickstarter with one week left)

First of all, we would like to thank you for your fantastic engagement and support of Super/Human Identity. It is humbling to see our very first game be so well received. We cannot thank you enough for the love and encouragement sent our way.

Now we need your help to finish the game. Today, we are entering the final 7 days of our second Kickstarter. Unlike our first try, things have been going really well, but we are not yet safely across the finish line.

If we don't make it to 100% funding, we get nothing.

The 74% we've already achieved through our backers' generosity is incredible, but it will be all for nothing if we can't make the remaining 26%. This game is a work of love, and we will still make it in a lesser, more limited form if we don't get funded. But to keep, and improve, the quality we have so far, we need your help.

If you believe in us, please consider buying the game now by funding us on Kickstarter, rather than later, when it will be too late to realize our vision of what it could be.

There are also many cool exclusives only available on Kickstarter, such as the Digital Artbook. Not to mention the rewards that let you affect and be a part of the game with a name cameo or even an illustrated original character!

With hope and our most heartfelt thanks,

Cecilia and Jacob

Have you ever thought of starting a Patreon and getting funding for the game as you make it that way? It may be easier then securing full funding with Kickstarter, and the last thing you want is to give up what you've worked so hard for.
Good luck either way - I loved the demo and can't wait to romance Captain Kwon and Subject 2 (whom I already really like)!
EDIT: Another thing, although I really like the art style you used in this because I've grown accustomed to it, have you ever thought of creating the character sprites in the same 3d-style as the CGs? They may stand out more, be more streamlined with it all 'matching' in style, and be appealing to a wider audience. That's not a criticism, just a thought. :)

We are still hopeful that our Kickstarter campaign will be successful. We just hit 85% and still have 5 days, so we definitely have a chance.

However, if it doesn’t happen, we are definitely considering starting a Patreon in the near future. Even with a Patreon, though, we would have to rein in our ambitions, as our funding would be less secure than a successful Kickstarter. So let’s all hope that we can get the final 15%!

As for the art style, we understand where you are coming from. We chose to go for a more stylized approach mixed with the occasional more elaborate digital painting, in part for budget reasons.
